Pups and Kitties

Everybody loves Puppies and kitties! Okay well I love puppies and kitties. Anyways you’re here for some fun facts. Lets start with puppies shall we? My grandmother just got a new pup today.

When a puppy is born they are with their eyes shut. Their eyes don’t open up to 3 weeks. Imagine if you were born and had to keep your eyes shut that long! Puppies are born unable to hear or smell until 3 weeks. Now lets talk about kitties. Cats have 5 toes in front but in the back there is only 4 toes. A cats ears can hear sounds humans can’t. A cat can run up to 30 miles per hour. WOW! I can’t run that fast. 😉 http://theoatmeal.com/comics/cat_know
